Signing of the largest so far grant agreement for single industrial project in Poland
We are proud to announce that on 23rd December 2020 CEO of Elemental Strategic Metals sp. z o.o. Mr. Michał Zygmunt signed with NCBiR (Polish National Center for Research and Development) funding agreement for the project of development of li-ion battery recycling plant in Poland.
The funding is related to the project which was pre-approved by European Commission under “IPCEI on batteries” framework in December 2019. Our project aims at development and first industrial deployment of innovative technologies for li-ion batteries recycling and refining of metals of strategic importance for successful transition towards green economy. Overall sum of approved funding reached 332 million PLN (almost 74 million EUR). More on that can read here.
